Clean room with a large balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee! Breakfast had a good variety, which I appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet area, though nearby school activities can start early. Staff were helpful during check-in. However, I found the soundproofing lacking. I noticed noise from the corridor and the school playground. Limited dining options nearby could be an issue for some. All in all, a pleasant stay but could use better amenities.
